Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras opts for Bauscher tableware

An oasis of luxury in the idyllic mountain and lake landscape of the High Tatras: the Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras, situated picturesquely in the highest and most beautiful section of the Carpathian Mountains directly on the shore of Lake Strbske Pleso, is the first five-star-plus hotel in the Kempinski group in Slovakia. The operators also opted for high standards for the china and chose the German manufacturer Bauscher.

The heritage-listed building, constructed in 1906, with little romantic towers and lattice windows has been painstakingly renovated over the past several months and converted into one of the most luxurious hotels in the region. With ninety-eight rooms and suites, a rich variety of recreational and sporting opportunities in the breathtaking landscape, a 1,300 square meter spa center as well as the grand restaurant with outstanding international and Mediterranean cuisine, the hotel leaves nothing to be desired.
When selecting the appropriate tableware, the operators trusted in the expertise and quality of the renowned German porcelain manufacturer Bauscher, for 125 years a synonym for beautiful table settings in the hotel and restaurant sector. Bauscher's porcelain experts convinced the Kempinski High Tatras managers to go with Bauscher because of its extraordinary product quality and first-class service "made in Germany’. The classic tableware Stuttgart is used in all the restaurants and, decorated either in cobalt blue with gold or celadon green with platinum, depending on the colors used in the restaurant’s interior design. The Stuttgart collection, designed in 1911, still radiates a timeless elegance with its cross-band relief and thereby perfectly suits the majestic ambience of the hotel.
